Last week, I opened up my slots for my 1-1 career coaching services and launched my website (the first version, really, I already have 1001 ideas on the next draft).
The core reason: to help more people find the confidence and courage to switch careers and navigate career uncertainties.
I’m not sure if you know, but here’s my backstory:
I’ve switched career paths 5 times, all before I was 30. I started off in frontend development, then transitioned to consulting, moved on to business operations, switched to strategy/business transformation, and now in partnerships.
At first, the transitions confused me, but I have come to embrace my journey. Each career switch has brought me closer to professional fulfillment, and that I’m grateful for.
There are several reasons why I switched jobs so much. At some point, I switched for a stable work environment where I could learn and grow progressively, at another time, I wanted better work life balance, at some point, it was because I was no longer challenged, and another, for my mental health.
Two years ago, I found the courage to leave a toxic job to pursue more promising prospects and make yet another successful transition without taking a pay cut!
Every once in a while, I believe we need life transitions, but I also know firsthand that going through a career transition is not a walk in the park. So I’d love to help more people.
If you’re looking to make a career transition and you’re not sure how to, I’m hosting a free webinar tomorrow Saturday, 6th May at 12pm WAT to share my best tips and guidance on how to make a meaningful career switch. Over 100 people have registered and I can only have the 100 participants on the call Please register via this link to save your slot. But most importantly, join the call early.
If you know anyone in your network who could benefit from this (whether they’re in their early career, mid-career, or senior), I’d appreciate it if you could please share this flyer and link with them.
No one should have to do life alone.
